My name is Floss (Florence) and I am the founder of Flossophy Fashion and Yoga. Flossophy was founded in India in 2019 after I completed my 200-hour teaching training in traditional Tantra Yoga and Meditation.


My approach to yoga is underpinned by an ethos of embodying philosophy. In my classes, you can expect to learn about your body in new ways through intuitive movement, a focus on the breath, embodied anatomy and a juicy flowing sequence. Classes are suitable for all levels and will leave you feeling grounded, full, and refreshed.


what is embodiment

'Philosophy' comes from Greek meaning 'lover of wisdom.' But wisdom is not purely intellectual, it is embodied.

Embodiment is an approach to knowledge of self through body-focused practices such as yoga, meditation, pranayama (breathwork), and dance. Embodied practice connects us with our body and truest self. It is an excellent way to combat stress, lack of confidence, anxiety and low mood, bringing more joy and lightness to your life.  

When we pause, listen and reflect through practices, the fruits can be wholly beneficial for our whole lives and being.


Embodied practices are diverse but are focussed on presence. Indeed, the more we practice, the more we can bring such presence into our daily lives as embodied human beings. 


I am trained 200-hours in Traditional Tantra and Hatha Yoga and Meditation; and have completed 60 hours Embodied Anatomy Training with Franklin-Method Trained teacher Mollie McLelland Morris.

I offer weekly classes on Zoom- Saturdays at 11 am.  Classes are donation-based - recommended donation £5-8. If you are struggling financially, just let me know.
