Teaching and Classes
Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, classes have now moved online. I offer both private and group classes in yoga, breathwork and meditation. Email for enquiries and to access Zoom link!
Embodied Hatha Slow Flow (beginner-friendly) Saturday 11 am (75mins)
Lunchtime Embodied Playful Flow (open level) Wednesday 12.15 pm (45min)
Current group classes on Zoom are free but, if you have the means, donations more than welcome. Recommended donation £5-8.
1-2-1 private classes from only £40 for 1-1.5 hours and also includes a free consultation call to understand how our practice can be uniquely tailored to your needs, whether it be related to decreasing anxiety, improving strength and flexibility or overall cultivating greater awareness and balance on and off the mat.

Yoga comes in many styles which suit different preferences. My teaching style is inspired by Hatha, Tantra, Kundalini, Vinyasa and even Iyengar; each class is a unique experience.
However, what is most important for me during class is that the student is able to explore and deepen their connection and knowledge of themselves through movement, breath and meditation. This union, this connection, is yoga.
